It’s nice that Timur helped you clear the rocks. A helper speeds up the process. The temperatures have been cooler the past couple days here. The northern lights have been visible here in my Country. I first saw them when visiting the Country Iceland. I never dreamt I would see them from my state in the US. Breathtaking experience 😊. Thank you for sharing your recipes. Looks delicious 😋. And the clay around it with the foil and cooking under the coals on the ground? As opposed to just roasting the chicken in the oven ? Is it a better flavor or what? Thank you
